How to use this

A list, not a ladder.

This index is alphabetical, which is the one ordering that asserts nothing. It is not ordered by difficulty and not ordered by grade, because MMAKF has published no syllabus and an ordered list of techniques would be read as one whatever the heading said.

To browse by what the techniques actually are — stances, then punches, then blocks, and so on — use the kihon library, which groups them by family and explains what each family is for.
