The eye of the warrior.
MMAKF has taught Shotokan Karate-Do since 1983 through three generations of instructors — from the hombu dojo at Patratu to affiliated units across several states.
We are not one dojo. We are an institutional federation — structured programmes in schools and workplaces, a women's empowerment division, an online academy, examined grades on a public register, and a formal pathway to the World Karate Federation.
The MMAKF system develops the whole martial artist: technique, character, body, breath and bearing — examined at every grading, from the first kyu examination to Dan.
Our lineage & legacy.
From the master who named this federation’s founder to the faculty teaching today. Shotokan Karate-Do is the style MMAKF practises and examines.
Women's empowerment division.
Led by Sensei Sumitra Devi (III Dan), the federation's Women's Wing runs dedicated women-only batches and a school self-defense curriculum. Safety. Confidence. Physical authority.
- Practical self-defense for real-world situations
- Confidence building and assertiveness training
- Free 12-week curriculum delivered through partner schools
- Currently running in 14 schools across Jharkhand

The federation in action.
Begin your Karate-Do.
From one student to a school training hundreds, MMAKF delivers structured Shotokan through a national network. Tell the federation what you need and it goes to the unit that handles it.
- Say who the training is for An individual, a school, a university, a company, a government body or a community organisation. The federation asks different things of each.
- Answer what is needed to price it The same questions the training office would ask — roughly how many people, where you are, and what you want run. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back to it.
- Keep a reference and a status link Your request reaches the training office against a reference, and you get a link that shows where it has actually got to.
Fees depend on what you need — the federation quotes against your own requirements rather than a price list. Would rather not use a form? Write to admin@mmakf.in with your institution, roughly how many people, and where you are.
