How are you engaging with MMAKF?

Your answer decides everything that follows — which questions you are asked, which process runs, and who at the federation picks it up. Discover, configure, review, book, manage: five stages, one reference, and a page that shows where yours has actually got to.

Applications cannot be received at the moment. The federation’s database is not reachable from this deployment, so nothing entered into the forms behind these links can be stored. Write to admin@mmakf.in instead.

The first question

Read down the list. One of these is you.

There is no wrong answer and nothing is committed by choosing one — if you pick the wrong door the federation moves the enquiry rather than sending you back to the beginning.

  1. Individual You want to train yourself — at an affiliated centre, at the headquarters dojo, or online, on the graded Shotokan syllabus or in self-defence alone. Individual training
  2. Parent or guardian You are arranging training for a child. The same path as an individual, with age, consent and the responsible adult recorded in your name rather than theirs. Individual training
  3. School A school wanting karate inside the school week — physical education, self-defence, or a full co-curricular programme, from one year group to every campus. Institutional application
  4. College A college running training for its own students: a taught programme, a student club, or a self-defence course on campus. Institutional application
  5. University A university — student clubs and campus sport, coach and referee education, or technical collaboration with a sports-science department. Institutional application
  6. Corporate A company arranging self-defence, women’s safety or continuing martial arts for its staff, at the workplace or at a federation centre. Institutional application
  7. Government A department or public body, working through its own technical review, financial review and procurement route. MMAKF supplies what each of those stages needs. Institutional application
  8. NGO A non-governmental organisation, trust or foundation running training for the people it serves rather than for its own staff. Institutional application
  9. Community A residents’ association, a colony hall, a neighbourhood group — somebody local organising a class, a camp or a course for the people around them. Institutional application
  10. Sports organisation A sports body, association or academy engaging MMAKF on training, officiating or competition — rather than bringing its own dojo into the federation’s network. Institutional application
  11. Club or dojo An existing club or dojo seeking affiliation. A different process, because you are joining the federation’s network rather than buying training from it — your instructors, grades and premises are what is assessed. Affiliation

Not on that list

Coaching is a different door.

Coaching is not a way of engaging with MMAKF — it is applying to work for the federation. Everything above asks what you need from MMAKF and is assessed on that; a coaching application asks what you can teach, and is assessed on grade, qualification, child-protection clearance and availability. They are two different decisions taken by two different parts of the federation, so they are two different applications.

What you are starting

Five stages, and a reference that survives all of them.

  1. Discover

    You answer the question above and MMAKF shows you what it actually runs for an institution like yours — what a programme is assembled from, what the federation needs from you, and what it will not claim. Nothing is priced and nothing is committed.

  2. Configure

    The application asks what you need, for how many people, how often, in what batches, at what venue, and with what assessment. A programme is assembled from components rather than chosen off a shelf. It saves as you go and gives you a reference, so you can stop and come back.

  3. Review

    A training administrator reads the configuration and comes back to you if anything is unclear. A quotation is then issued against exactly what you configured, itemised so you can see how it was arrived at.

  4. Book

    You approve the quotation, and the agreement is written against the version you approved rather than one that can change afterwards. Instructors are assigned on qualification, location and availability, and the dates go into the calendar.

  5. Manage

    Sessions, attendance, assessments, grading records and documents sit in your portal against the same reference, for as long as the engagement runs.

No stage above carries a date. MMAKF has published no standard response time, so this page does not tell you when a stage will finish and nothing in the system will ever report your enquiry as late. What you are given instead is a reference and a page that shows where your application has actually got to.

And no stage above carries a figure. The federation prices a configuration rather than selling a price list, and no fee rules are published, so every path here ends at a request for a quotation. Any estimate you are shown before that quotation exists is labelled as an estimate.
