Licensed officials.
Who the federation licenses to officiate, to examine and to instruct — checked against the register at the moment you load this page. Only current licences appear. Nothing here is a contact directory: no telephone number, email or address is published for any official.
A licence is valid on a date.
Licensed as at 16 August 2026
Every row below was checked against the register for today’s date. A qualification that is withdrawn, suspended or already expired does not appear. If you are appointing an official for an event in the future, this page cannot answer for that day — a licence current today may lapse before the event. Ask the office to confirm validity on the day of the event, which is the check the federation’s own appointment process makes.
What a level entitles anyone to do
Where the register records a level for a licence it is printed exactly as recorded. MMAKF has not published its certification regulation — the levels, their scope, the re-certification cycle and the continuing-education requirement — so this page states none of them. Do not infer from a level string what an official may or may not be appointed to.
Instructors.
The people licensed by the federation to instruct and to coach in an affiliated dojo.
The officials register is not available in this environment
The federation records database is not configured for this deployment, so this page cannot read the licence register. This is a deployment state, not an empty register — do not read it as a finding that nobody is licensed. Until it is configured, the federation office is the only authority on whether a person is licensed, and an organiser should ask the office in writing before appointing anyone.
Check the licence against the day of the event.
An expired licence must never quietly produce a valid official act. A referee whose licence lapsed in March scoring a final in June is not a paperwork problem: every result they touched becomes challengeable, and the federation cannot defend any of them. That is why the federation’s own appointment process freezes the licence it relied on at the moment of appointment, and why this page prints the date it answered for.
This page answers for today only. For an event in the future, ask the office to confirm validity on the event date.
