Modern Martial Arts Karate-Do Federation of India

National training,
delivered where you are.

MMAKF runs structured Shotokan karate, physical education, self-defence and sports programmes for institutions and for individuals — on your premises, at an affiliated centre, or online.

How an institutional programme is built

One application. The federation does the rest.

You fill in the requirements once. The institution record, the enquiry, the responsible administrator and the review are created from it — no part of what you type is re-entered by anybody at MMAKF.

  1. You apply

The form asks what you need, how many people, how often, and where. It saves as you go, so you can leave it and come back.

  2. MMAKF reviews it

A training administrator reads the requirements and comes back to you if anything is unclear. You are given a reference and a page that shows where the application has got to.

  3. The programme is designed

What is taught, to whom, in what batches, at what frequency, with what assessment. This is a conversation, not a menu.

  4. A quotation is issued

One fee, calculated from the configuration under the federation’s published framework, itemised so you can see how it was arrived at.

  5. You approve, and an agreement is signed

The quotation you approved is the one the agreement is written against, kept as a version that cannot change afterwards.

  6. Instructors are assigned and the calendar is set

MMAKF matches instructors on qualification, location and availability. You see who is coming and when, and are told if anything moves.

  7. Delivery, attendance and reporting

Sessions are recorded as they happen. Attendance, progress and any assessments appear in your portal rather than arriving as a spreadsheet at the end.

Fees

One framework, not a price list.

MMAKF does not sell nine separately-priced monthly programmes. There is one fee framework, and it is applied to a configuration — how many people, how often, for how long, where, and what the programme includes. A quotation itemises how the figure was reached, and the version you approve is the one the agreement is written against.

Where the federation has not published a rule covering your configuration, you are told that a quotation is needed. You are never shown an invented figure.
