Apply to MMAKF.
Anyone may create an account. Nobody gets authority by creating one. You apply for what you actually do, a person at MMAKF reads the application and decides, and only then does your account hold anything at all.
A new account holds no role bindings whatsoever. It can read its own record and nothing else. Every admin surface, every other person’s record and every review queue refuses it — because the authority is absent, not because a button is hidden.
An application records what you are asking for, in which part of the federation, and whatever evidence you attach. Nobody may decide their own application, whatever authority they hold, and a reviewer can only confer a role inside their own scope and never one they do not hold themselves.
Both outcomes are recorded with a written reason, so the record can still answer “why was this refused?” a year later. The federation has not set a review turnaround time for applications.
Applications are written to the federation’s system of record, and no federation database is configured here. Nothing can be filed — not even provisionally. The office can be reached at admin@mmakf.in.
Apply to MMAKF as…
What each path is, and what the evidence box is for. MMAKF has published no qualification requirement for any of them, so none is stated here.
The federation’s register has no role called “coach”. The nearest entry in it is INSTRUCTOR, and MMAKF has not published a mapping between the two, so nothing here decides that for you: file under INSTRUCTOR and say in your own words what you coach, where, and since when. A person reads it.
Useful evidence: Whatever supports it — where you teach, how long, under whom, any certification you hold, and links to anything the federation can check.
The federation has not published what evidence qualifies an applicant for this role. Attach whatever supports the application; a reviewer at MMAKF decides.
Teaching under the MMAKF syllabus at a dojo, a school programme or the online academy. An approved INSTRUCTOR binding is scoped: it applies in the unit the application named, and nowhere wider.
Useful evidence: Your grade and who awarded it, the dojo or programme you teach at, and any instructor certification.
The federation has not published what evidence qualifies an applicant for this role. Attach whatever supports the application; a reviewer at MMAKF decides.
Officiating at MMAKF competition. The register holds REFEREE and JUDGE separately — apply for the one you officiate as, or file both; they are decided independently.
Useful evidence: Any officiating licence and its registry, the level you hold, courses attended, and the events you have officiated at.

Sitting on grading panels. This is authority over other people’s grade records, so it is conferred deliberately and never granted on request.
Useful evidence: Your own grade and its provenance, panels you have sat on, and who can vouch for it.

Competing under MMAKF. An ATHLETE binding is what attaches results, entries and rankings to your name rather than to a slip of paper at the desk.
Useful evidence: Your dojo, your grade, your events, and any WKF SportsID or Sportdata registration you already hold.

The plain membership binding. It carries no authority over anybody else’s record and is where most people belong.
Useful evidence: Your dojo or unit and, if you have one, your existing member ID.

Selling through the federation shop. TWO separate approvals stand between an application and a public listing: MMAKF approves the seller, and then MMAKF approves each item. An approved seller with an unapproved item sells nothing, and editing an approved item takes it back out of public view until it is reviewed again — the shop shows what MMAKF actually saw.
Useful evidence: A trading name is the only thing this form requires, because it is what the public will see. Everything else is captured and reported to a reviewer.

A dojo is not a person, and this queue binds roles to people. Clubs, schools and district or state units come under the banner by CHARTER, which the federation office issues — a different process with a different record.
Useful evidence: The affiliation page sets out the ladder — national, state, district, club — and the office issues the charter requirements.

What each role can do.
Read out of the federation’s permission rules themselves, not written by hand here. None of these six can confer a role on anybody, read another person’s private data, or touch money — which is why they are the six that may be applied for at all.
